~ Any man or wombman can wear a D4 ABC Bind. Whether you are 1 month to 10 years postpartum, have never been pregnant, or are a male suffering from abdominal obesity, YOU can wear a D4 African Belly Chrysalis Bind.

What is a doula?

~ A doula, typically female, is a supporter to wombmen and their family before, during and/or after gestation. Male doulas are more commonly supporters to the male partner of the pregnant wombman.

Are D4 ABC Binds reusable?

~Absolutely! As they are made of 100% unbleached muslin cotton. Meant to be sustainable and reused after multiple washes and wears.

Can D4 Good Myrrh-ning be used for little ones?

~As the base for Good Myrrh-ning is coconut oil make sure that your LO doesn't have an allergy to coconut oil by dong a patch test. Shouldn't be used for LO under 10 months old. Ask for salt free. LO version is coming soon. with fun fruity organic wholesome natural fruit sourced flavors.

When can I start postpartum binding?

~Vaginal en-trance (birth)

8-9 days postpartum if mother didn't sustain and injuries. If injuries did occur, wait until at least 3 days after fully healed.

~Cesarean section/C-Section or vaginal tearing

6-8 weeks postpartum or until fully healed and examined by physician.

Is it normal to experience multiple womb blood cycles after using D4 Vulva Wash?

~Having the experience of more than one bleeding cycle is possible when using D4 Vulva Wash. Its always encouraged and recommended to seek medical advise and physical examination when experiencing any abnormalities.

How long should I bind for?

~ Starting your day, binding should occur after your first defecation and can be worn for at least 5 hours at most 12 hours. (this includes rewrapping your bind if resting in it overnight) Being worn for 24 hours can weaken the core muscles. Wear bind until you are healed and anytime you feel that you may need the extra support, there isn't an expiration date for belly binding.

Can I use D4 Vulva Wash While pregnant?

~It is not recommended to use D4 Vulva Wash while pregnant as it may increase your risk of a miscarriage and/or birth defects.

Can I wear a D4 ABC Bind while pregnant?

~Belly wrapping can be done during gestation for back, hip, and pelvis support. Of course consult with your physician first to make sure you aren't posing any danger. And always get a professional binder in your area to show you how to properly bind.

Is D4 Vulva Wash edible? Can it be used as a tea?

~Belly binding can be done during activities such as:
